Crossings at Geneva, Geneva, Illinois

2006 winner of ´Best in Condominium Unit Design Award´ from the 50+ Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Crossings at Geneva is a beautiful example of hybrid construction. With traditional brick and stone exteriors, surrounded by lush landscaping, the structures were built with Custom Components pre-fabricated wood wall panels and light-gauge steel roof trusses. Architect: URS Corporation Owner: State of Ohio Department of Health
New Health and EPA Laboratory utilizing Custom Components light-gauge steel trusses for mansard roof. The main structure is 217´ x 130´ with a 44´ x 98´ attached wing.
Over 64% of the steel used for cold-formed steel framing is recycled steel, and waste generated is 100% recyclable.
