Located in a modern industrial complex on 20 acres, Custom Component Company´s state-of-art manufacturing facility features a wireless network for completely integrated systems -- from design to shipping. In plant, Custom utilizes an array of computer automated saws including the newest continuous feed lineal saw, and the AutoMill, with five cutting heads, the most technically advanced component cutter available. Even our forklifts have computers mounted on them to ensure the proper lumber is pulled and staged for each job, with the inventory automatically replenished. Custom´s delivery trucks are GPS enabled.

Every aspect of truss production is managed via our in-plant computerized production system, E-shop. The fully integrated system is used to schedule, monitor, and redirect production. The system instantly dispatches normal, rebuild, and rush jobs to automated and manual saws, provides table/build crews with complete on-screen job information and measuring tools, and tracks all materials and labor per truss in a sophisticated SQL database.
